Returns and Complaints Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases at SimplyMade.pl. Below you will find clear rules regarding returns and our complaints procedure.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

At SimplyMade, you have the right to return standard products within 30 days without giving any reason. This period starts from the day you receive your shipment.

How to make a return?

  1. Inform us of your decision via email: biuro@simplymade.pl
  2. Send the product back to our address (provided below).
  3. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the moment the goods are delivered back to us.

⚠️ Important: When is a return not possible?

In accordance with applicable law and the nature of our production, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to individual order (e.g., 3D prints based on your files, designs personalized to specific dimensions).
  • Clearly personalized products tailored to the customer's requirements.
  • Goods which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened.

Conditions for accepting a return

For a standard (non-personalized) product to be eligible for return:

  • It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • It must be complete and show no signs of use or assembly.

Return Shipping Address

The cost and risk of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. We recommend shipping with a tracking number.

Complaints

All our products are covered by a statutory warranty. If the received goods are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

How to file a complaint?

Send a message to: biuro@simplymade.pl

  • Briefly describe the defect.
  • Attach photos of the damage – this will significantly speed up the process.
  • We will process your complaint within 14 days.

If the complaint is accepted, we will repair the product, replace it with a new one, or refund your money, covering the shipping costs.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.
