Store Regulations

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, sales execution, delivery terms, payments, complaints, and the right of withdrawal from the contract.

The Seller and administrator of the store is:

The Customer of the store may be:

  • A natural person of full legal age (adult),
  • A legal entity,
  • An organizational unit without legal personality.

All prices in the store are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT (gross prices), unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Customer.

§2 DEFINITIONS

  • Seller – the owner of the SimplyMade.pl store, Piotr Białek, conducting business under the name Simplymade.
  • Customer – a natural or legal person making purchases in the store.
  • Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • Product – a movable item (including those made using 3D printing technology) available in the store and offered for sale.
  • Order – the Customer's declaration of intent aimed at concluding a sales contract for a Product.

§3 ORDERS

Orders can be placed via the store's website 24/7.

To place an order, you must:
a) select a product or send a file/project for execution,
b) add the product to the cart,
c) complete the order form,
d) choose the delivery and payment method,
e) confirm the order.

A condition for order execution is the acceptance of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy.

After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order for processing.

§4 PAYMENTS

Available payment methods:
a) PayPal,
b) traditional bank transfer.

Order processing begins after the payment has been credited (or after order acceptance in the case of cash on delivery).

§5 DELIVERY

Products are delivered within Poland via courier companies or parcel lockers. International shipping is subject to individual arrangements.

Order processing time is usually 2–5 business days (for personalized products – in accordance with individual arrangements).

Delivery costs are provided during the ordering process and depend on the chosen shipping method.

§6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to individual order or according to the Customer's specifications (e.g., 3D prints based on a provided file).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a statement (e.g., by e-mail) and return the product to the Seller's address.

The product must not show signs of use, must be complete, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.

The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the Buyer agrees to another solution.

§7 COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

Products are covered by a statutory warranty or guarantee in accordance with the law.

Complaints can be submitted by e-mail or in writing, describing the problem and attaching photos (if possible).

Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller covers the costs of returning and replacing the product.

§8 PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of personal data is the Seller.

Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion. Detailed rules can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§9 CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

The Customer may create an account in the store – this is not mandatory. The Customer agrees not to share their login details with third parties.

§10 FINAL PROVISIONS

The Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the store's website.

The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations – changes do not apply to orders already accepted. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights shall apply.

  1. Can I return a 3D printed part made to order?
    No. The right of return does not cover products made to individual order (e.g., based on the Customer's file).
  2. How fast do you process orders?
    Standard processing takes 2–5 business days. Non-standard projects are scheduled individually.
  3. Can I send my own file for printing?
    Yes, we accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and other formats upon prior arrangement.
  4. How do you pack the prints to prevent damage?
    Every product is protected with film and packed in a sturdy box to withstand transport.
  5. What payment methods are available?
    Bank transfer, fast online payments (Przelewy24, BLIK), card, and COD (if available).
  6. Can I order a large series of parts?
    Yes. For larger orders, we offer individual pricing and discounts.
  7. Do you provide design services from scratch?
    Yes. If you don't have a ready-made file, we can prepare a design based on your description or sketch.
  8. Do you offer a warranty?
    Yes, all products are covered by a statutory warranty or guarantee in accordance with the law.
